Carolina Soccer Center of Excellence is based in the heart of Cabarrus County, NC, directly between Harrisburg and Concord.

The mission of Carolina Soccer Center of Excellence is to provide an enjoyable, development-based, family environment to players, parents, and coaches, and to enable soccer to be a force for good in our corner of the world. This is most effectively achieved with a four-step methodology:

1. By fostering a life-long love for the game through the association of soccer with intrinsic enjoyment and happiness. The game should be fun for those playing it.
2. By developing players to the peak of their ability. In reference to (1): people tend to enjoy things they are good at.
3. By emphasizing the importance of good character on and off the field. (The traits we most believe make a good soccer player – hard-work, selflessness, and thoughtfulness – are also traits we believe can make a good person, and a productive member of society.)
4. By actively engaging with the community in a positive manner.
